SEND Manager

Calderdale College are recruiting for a SEND Manager. This role requires an experienced SEND professional to lead on all aspects of SEND and Adult Learning Support (ALS) across the college. You will lead and manage a highly effective team of SEND professionals, working closely with other leaders within the college, providing expertise and training in all aspects of SEND, ensuring that finance and quality targets are met, and that the student experience is outstanding.

The role will involve responsibilities of managing a team of SEND professionals, ensuring that the needs of all SEND students are met. Acting as the main SEND point of contact for the College for all partners, both internal and external, developing and fostering positive working relationships.
