Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated individual to manage the recruitment activity within the Apprenticeship Employer Engagement Team. The post is fixed term, but there may be an opportunity for this to be extended at the end of the project.
The successful post holder will be responsible for managing the operational activity of the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team, whilst working alongside the project team as part of the Collaborative Apprenticeships programme.
The post holder must have experience of managing a team or project, confidence to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of challenging targets, and can demonstrate an understanding of apprenticeships. You must have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.
