Technical Training Mentor – Construction

This role is Term Time Only (40 Weeks)

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual with a wide range of practical skills to join our outstanding Construction team to support learning in workshop sessions by delivering practical skills demonstrations and supporting students to learn those skills. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the workshop and compliance with Health and Safety across different sites.

This role requires someone who is willing to turn their hand to different challenges, with ability to motivate and mentor students and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role. You will join the faculty at an exciting time as we deliver a range of innovative projects with employers and the community.
